At Roxy iPhone Repairs, we currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only. This page explains how our shipping process works for repairs and orders.

UK Shipping Only

We ship exclusively within the UK.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Sending Your Device to Us

Once your repair is booked, we’ll provide instructions on how to safely send your device to us.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging their device
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service
  • We are not responsible for devices lost or damaged in transit to us

Return Shipping

After your repair is completed, we will ship your device back to your UK address.

  • Return shipping costs will be clearly communicated before the repair
  • Tracking details will be provided once your device is dispatched
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used

Processing & Repair Time

  • Repairs typically begin once your device is received
  • Most repairs are completed within 1–2 working days, subject to parts availability and device condition
  • You will be notified if additional time is required

Delivery Timeframes

UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or peak periods.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged Packages

If your device arrives damaged due to return shipping:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and device

We will assist you in resolving the issue where possible.
